SheetBolt is a pay-per-use service that converts PDF and image files (JPG, PNG) containing invoice data into Excel spreadsheets using AI-powered extraction technology.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using SheetBolt, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Payment and Pricing
- Pay-per-use: $5 per file (up to 10 pages)
- Bulk: $10 per file (11-50 pages)
- Unlimited: $20/month (unlimited conversions)
- All prices are in USD
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
5. Service Availability and Accuracy
- SheetBolt aims for 98% accuracy but does not guarantee perfect extraction
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of converted data
- We are not liable for business decisions based on converted data
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Upload files containing illegal, harmful, or objectionable content
- Upload files you do not have the right to process
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
- Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the Service
- Upload files exceeding 10MB in size
- Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
7. Data and Privacy
- Uploaded files are processed immediately and deleted within seconds
- We do not store your files or converted data
- You retain all ownership rights to your files and data

8. Intellectual Property
The SheetBolt platform, including all software, algorithms, design, and branding, is owned by SheetBolt LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology.
9. Refunds

- Refunds available within 24 hours if conversion fails due to our error
- No refunds for successful conversions or user error
- Subscription refunds prorated for unused time
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- SheetBolt is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service
- We are not responsible for data loss or business interruptions
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SheetBolt at any time for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or excessive resource consumption.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
